The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Professional Executives is a government initiative that helps to support companies in hiring mid-career individuals to digitally upskill and take on new job roles by providing salary support.

PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS

This CCP programme encompasses a period catered for structured On-The-Job Training (OJT) by the company, spanning 4 months for new hires to adapt to their new role as a mid-career switcher while picking up new skills.

Employees undergoing the CCP for Professional Executives must adopt at least one digital skill incorporated into their OJT, ensuring that they fulfil the technical skills and competencies requirement.

Eligible digital skills include, but are not limited to:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) Application
  • E.g. AI-powered tools such as chatbots, image recognition, content creation tools, etc.
• Automation Application
  • E.g. RPA, VBA, Python, etc.
• Customer Intelligence Analysis
  • E.g. Google Analytics

  • E.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Technology Application skills
  • E.g. customer-oriented management software, digital ordering solutions, etc.

WHO CAN APPLY?

To be eligible for the CCP for Professional Executives,

The candidate must:

• Be a Singaporean or PR aged 21 years and above.
• Be hired on full-time employment with at least 12 months contract, offering at least $3000 fixed monthly salary.
• Be newly hired for less than 3 months from date of employment
• Have graduated or completed National Service for at least 2 years, whichever is later.
• Not be a shareholder of the participating company, or its related companies.
• Not be related the owner(s) of the participating company.
