Career Conversion Programme by Workforce Advancement Federation

The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) is an initiative by Workforce Singapore meant to support companies in the hiring and reskilling of mid-career switchers. By working with programme partners such as WAF to administer the CCP grant, it provides invaluable salary support and guidance through the hiring and training processes.

By providing salary support of up to 90% during the training duration and administrative assistance from us, you will be able to better provide the necessary On-the-Job Training (OJT) to reskill any career switchers to seamlessly integrate into your company, role, and job scope.

On top of that, by being able to tap into a more diverse pool of talents, your company can be exposed to a wider range of unique skillsets from various industries and backgrounds.

This then demonstrates your commitment to developing employees and improving the future-readiness of your company – thereby enhancing employee satisfaction, retention, and overall reputation.

Salary Support

During the training period, salary support is provided for the candidate’s monthly salary.

For standard rates, 70% of the candidate's salary will be subsidised – up to a cap of $5,000 per month.

If your candidate is above 40 years old and/or has been unemployed and actively seeking employment for at least six months, they will be eligible for the enhanced rate – where 90% of the candidate’s salary will be covered up to a maximum of $7,500 per month.
